"Then all of you can join together with one voice, giving praise and glory to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ"
Romans 15:6
We can't wait to be back at Newark County Showground for One Voice 26. In such exciting days where Jesus is bringing many to Himself we want to dedicate 5 days to gathering around Him, worshipping Him, hearing His voice to us and being equipped and sent out to extend His Kingdom around us.
With the ability to stay on-site comes more time for building relationships and meeting others from across our family of churches. There'll be plenty of opportunities for our families to have fun in the sun as well as dedicated children and youth ministry.
More details will be posted on this page throughout the year but for now, grab yourself a ticket!
FAQs
Got more questions? No problem! We know there can be a few unknowns at these events so we’ve done our best to answer some common questions that come up. If you have a question that you don’t see answered below, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
The deadline to buy tickets for children and youth is midnight on 31st May 2026. This is to allow our Children’s and Youth Ministry Teams enough time to make preparations for those who are coming to the event. Adult Tickets are available right up until the event (subject to availability), although will go up in price on 1st July 2026.
For the first time this year we are making a 'Payment Plan' available for those who wish to split their total cost over a series of equal payments. To take advantage of this you will need to register for the event by midnight on 28th February 2026.
You will be required to set up a Direct Debit agreement with Ministries Without Borders through the GoCardless payment service. A 10% booking deposit will be required at the point of booking, and the remaining amount will be split into 5 equal payments which will be taken at the end of each month, starting the month after the booking is made (so if you book in January, your payments will be at the end of February, March, April, May, and June, or if you book in February payments will be at the end of March, April, May, June, and July).
To sign up for the Payment Plan enter the code 'PAYMENTPLAN' on the 'Order Summary' page of the booking process under ‘Use promo, credit or voucher code’ and click 'Apply'. This will reduce the price of your booking so that, at this stage, you will only pay a 10% deposit which you will need to pay after filling out the remainder of your details. After you have completed this stage we will be in contact with you at the start of the following month to arrange setting up your Payment Plan. Please remember that the final date to sign up for a Payment Plan is 28th February 2026.
You can choose to either stay on-site or off-site. If you choose to stay on-site you will need to bring your own tent, caravan, or motorhome to stay in, along with everything else you will need to make your stay comfortable! If you choose to stay off-site you will need to arrange your own accommodation.
The basic ticket price does not include an on-site pitch, but this can be added to your booking at the cost of £70, which will cover pitch hire for the 4 nights of the event as well as access to toilets, bathrooms, showers, water supplies, and Elsan points to dispose of toilet waste.
There are no electric hookups on site.
Most of the church groups who come to the event have a marquee which provides these facilities – please speak to your church leadership and ask them
You will be able to park in the large car park at the entrance to the site and then walk the short distance onto site. The car park is self-contained and will be used by One Voice guests only. If you are a blue badge holder, or require special access to park on-site, this can be requested when booking in. Please note that no parking will be allowed next to tents or caravans, and that any cars on-site will need to be parked in designated areas. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for the security of cars throughout the event.
The site will be open from 10am on Wednesday 19th August.
That’s no problem - please travel safe and we’ll see you when you get arrive!
When you arrive, you will be able to bring your car onto site to unload and set up your tent/s or caravan. As soon as you have finished setting up, your car will need to be moved to the main car park. You will be allowed to bring your car back onto site to load up at the end of the event, and we will let you know the timings of this towards the end of the event.
There is no on-site catering available.
There are various pubs and restaurants within driving distance of Newark Showground, or within Newark Town Centre.
We’re hoping you’ll come along and enjoy all of the event, but if you’re not able to Day Tickets are available through the booking system. As part of the booking process you will need to specify which day/s you are buying tickets for. Day Tickets are only available for over 18’s, in order to avoid disruption to our Children’s and Youth Ministry.
Anyone involved in children’s ministry at the event has been DBS checked. The safety of our children is of utmost importance.
The safety of children, youth and the ministry teams is of great importance to us. Those serving within our children’s ministry teams are drawn from relating churches across the UK. They will be appointed, trained, supported and supervised in accordance with government guidance; this includes completing safeguarding training, a DBS check and pastoral approval from church leaders working in collaboration with ministries without borders®.
The event will be self-contained within the Newark Showground site and staffed by our volunteer security team during the day, and by a specialist security company over each of the nights. Entrance will be for ticketed event guests, staff and official visitors only. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for the security of cars throughout the event.
Unfortunately, tickets for this event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
During the booking process you can select if you do not want your under 18 year old to be photographed. They will be issued with a special wristband to indicate this. Any adult who does not want to be photographed can ask the stewards in the adult gathering and will be given instructions on where the photography blackout zone is.
Children’s ministry will be available for those aged 18 months – 18 years. All children (18m to 11yrs) will need to be checked in before the start of each of the children’s ministry sessions. Please arrive at the designated venue in plenty of time before each of the sessions to do this. Youth (11 - 18 years) will be able to check themselves in and out of their venue with their parents’ permission.
A ‘stay & play’ area will be available for parents and infants under 18 months throughout the weekend. This is not staffed but there are loads of great toys!
